Return Information

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return most items, within 30 days, for a full refund, less shipping. Please read our complete Return Policies & Return Procedures below. Return Policy

1.) We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Any item that is altered or opened from its original packaging. Including, but not limited to, beads sold on strands, wire spools, thread bobbins/spools/cards. In other words, items need to come back to us unused and in the original unopened packaging that the items were shipped in.
  • Baubles & Beads Gift Cards
  • Cut Chain, Cord & Wire
  • Clearance Items
  • Special Orders

2.) Returns must be postmarked with 30 days of original shipment. Return sent after this date without approval will not be accepted or processed.

3.) In the event you return an item for which you received a volume/bulk pricing discount, your credit will be adjusted for this item based on the quantity you kept. In other words, if a customer buys multiple items to qualify for volume pricing, the amount refunded will be the price paid, less the discount applied the other items.

4.) All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, items returned COD will be refused.

5.) Returns may take up to 5 day of receipt to process. We will email the customer confirmation of the return/refund immediately after processing it.

Return Instructions

Please follow the instructions below when returning merchandise. If you are returning an item because we made a mistake or the item is damaged please contact Customer Support immediately as we will cover the return shipping fees.

  • Always include a copy of your invoice with your return. Write a brief explanation of why you are returning the items. (Example: Didn't like the color, wrong size, not as described on website)
  • Carefully package the items to be returned. Baubles & Beads assumes no responsibility for items damaged in return shipment. We recommend that you send returnsby insured USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items

Yikes, please forgive us if we made a mistake fulfilling your order. If we sent you the wrong item, it was damaged or missing parts please contact us immediately at (510) 644-2323 or email us. We promise to make it right. One of our customer service mottos is: We all make mistakes, it's how we address them that matters.
