Class Policies

 

Class space is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Students who register online will receive an email confirmation within 48hrs. 

 

There are NO CLASS REFUNDS, unless the class is cancelled by Baubles & Beads. If the class is cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be notified 48hrs before the scheduled class.

 

To change dates or cancel a class a 48 hour notice is required. There is a $5.00 fee for all class transfers or cancellations, except when cancelled by Baubles & Beads. There are no transfers or class credits issued for Guest Instructor Workshops, however you may send someone in your place.  Failure to give 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of all registration fees. 

 

To cancel out of a class, you must call the store location where your class is being held.  A class credit (less the $5.00 transfer fee) will be issued.  A class credit is good for either merchandise or another class and must be present at time of purchase.

 

Minimum age limit for all classes is 14 years of age. 

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the proper prerequisites for the classes you plan on attending. The instructors will not be able to help you get up to speed as that would take time away from other students. If you feel you possess the necessary skills but have not taken our class prerequisite please contact our class director at class_director@baublesandbeads.com to discuss class suitability.

 

For the comfort of others, please refrain from wearing perfume to class.
