Class Policies


Class space is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Students who register online will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. 


There are NO CLASS REFUNDS, unless the class is cancelled by Baubles & Beads. If the class is cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be notified 48 hours before the scheduled class.


To change dates or cancel a class a 48 hour notice is required. There is a $5.00 fee for all class transfers or cancellations, except when cancelled by Baubles & Beads. There are no transfers or class credits issued for Guest Instructor Workshops, however you may send someone in your place.  Failure to give 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of all registration fees. 


To cancel out of a class, you must call the store prior to 48 hours of the scheduled class start time.  A store credit (less the $5.00 transfer fee) will be issued and must be present at time of credit redemption.


Minimum age requirement for all classes is 14 years of age. 


It is your responsibility to ensure that you have fulfilled the proper prerequisites for the classes you plan on attending. The instructors will not be able to help you get up to speed as that would take time away from other students. If you feel you possess the necessary skills but have not taken our class prerequisite please contact our class director to discuss class suitability.


For the comfort of others, please refrain from wearing perfume to class.
